The goal of this Apprentice Program is to organize the skills and competencies we need to master to carry out our goals.
We all start from a different base in various skills, and we also have a calling towards some skills we would like to learn. This, combined with the skills needed to carry out our mission, should guide us in how to organize our Individual Learning Paths.

In the Curriculums, you will find the skills necessary for each team's mission. The is the minimum required regardless of the team you belong to. These teams’ curriculums must be reviewed frequently to adapt them to new opportunities and needs.
There will also be role curriculums to define the minimum skills necessary to perform the role effectively. The intersection of team curriculums with role curriculums can also be used to design job offers based on the minimum necessary for the role and team.
