The Team Curriculums will act as a guide for both current and prospective team or role members, outlining the specific skills and competencies essential to the team's or role mission. The curriculums are hierarchical, so it's not necessary to repeat the skills already listed in the curriculums of the area to which your team belongs unless you need to indicate that a different level of proficiency is expected.
To create a new curriculum, duplicate one of the existing ones, ideally from the area to which your team belongs. Then, edit the proficiency levels expected for your team and add any new, relevant skills or competencies that are required.

The role curriculums define the minimum skills necessary to perform the role effectively. The intersection of team curriculums with role curriculums can also be used to design job offers based on the minimum necessary for the role and team.
